Acceptance of terms
By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms, and that you have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.
Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
Acceptable use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, respect intellectual property rights and not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the security of the platform.
Fees and billing
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We will give at least 30 days notice of any pricing change.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the platform remain with us. You retain ownership of your customer data and content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided as is and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous twelve months.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
